Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Service and repair commercial kitchen equipment, which includes cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing systems.

• Diagnose problems utilizing diagrams, schematics, and practical diagnostics.

• Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality clients to ensure their operations run smoothly.

• Engage with manufacturers and internal technical support teams as necessary.

• Install components and execute repairs promptly and professionally.

• Keep precise records of work orders, inventory, and service logs.

• Maintain the company vehicle in an organized and job-ready condition.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices.

• Participate in an on-call schedule that includes nights and weekends.

• Occasionally travel for overnight assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to the Fort Myers, Naples, or Estero areas.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Mechanical aptitude or relevant hands-on technical experience, such as in appliances, HVAC, automotive, or military service.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.

• Openness to participating in an on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.

• Ability to occasionally travel overnight.

• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks like kneeling, bending, and climbing.

• Technical certifications, such as EPA or CFESA, are preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment is advantageous but not required.
