This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales phase through onboarding, policy servicing, and renewal.
• Effectively communicate policy specifics, coverage expectations, service procedures, and business relationship standards throughout the policy duration.
• Foster and sustain robust client relationships by delivering proactive support and continuous account management.
• Address client inquiries, clarify coverage questions, process endorsements, and assist with claims, audits, and inspection-related questions.
• Oversee client accounts throughout the policy duration by executing policy adjustments and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to address policy and account concerns while ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Keep track of upcoming renewals and actively engage clients to assess their coverage needs and changes in business operations.
• Conduct consultative renewal assessments and suggest coverage modifications that enhance retention and client satisfaction.
• Recognize opportunities to cross-sell bundled or complementary insurance products based on client needs and business goals.
• Introduce additional insurance solutions that align with client growth and changing coverage needs.
• Maintain precise and current client records in HubSpot, AMS, and other relevant systems, including interactions, policy updates, and referral data.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely documentation to support reporting, account visibility, and informed business decision-making.
• Generate referrals by providing outstanding service and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, carrier, and customer service teams to meet client needs and aid in issue resolution.
• Stay informed about commercial insurance products, carrier underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Engage in carrier training, product education, and Learning & Development initiatives to uphold technical expertise and compliance.
• Comply with licensing requirements, operational procedures, and company standards for account management, client engagement, CRM usage, and policy servicing.
• Expected to perform additional duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in commercial insurance account management, insurance sales, or a related client-facing insurance position.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting principles.
• Familiarity with the insurance requirements of small and mid-sized businesses.
• Excellent consultative relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple client relationships and priorities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and insurance agency management systems, including AMS platforms, is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, and standard business applications.
• Ability to convey policy information and coverage recommendations clearly and effectively.
