Commercial Finance Manager, Digital Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the digital transformation of Commercial Finance operations.

• Serve as the liaison between Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Finance.

• Oversee processes for Commercial Finance/RGM within SAP S/4HANA.

• Convert business needs into scalable system architecture and process benchmarks.

• Discover and execute opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and standardization.

• Act as the design steward for comprehensive RGM → CCM → Finance data flows and controls.

• Create streamlined end-to-end processes, establishing key performance indicators for monitoring.

• Assist with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

• Facilitate business adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

• Offer training and support to finance and commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Finance Manager or in a comparable position within FMCG or consumer goods.

• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA; deep knowledge of Condition Contract Management (CCM).

• Strong comprehension of rebates, trade terms, accruals, and commercial finance workflows.

• In-depth understanding of financial accounting (FI/CO) and P&L implications.

• Proven ability to lead projects and achieve results within tight deadlines.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities across finance, business, and IT.

• Analytical, organized, and solution-focused approach.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; professional certification is advantageous.
