Commercial Finance Director – EMEA Food

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Oversee and direct financial operations within our Client's Food sector in the EMEA region.

• Prioritize enhancing financial performance and maximizing profitability.

• Assist in decision-making processes and ensure that financial strategies align with broader business goals.

• Established track record in a commercial finance position, with at least 10 years of experience in a finance role within a multinational or regional company.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to convert complex financial data into practical insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading diverse groups across different locations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with all organizational levels.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior executives.

• Proficient in financial software tools (e.g., One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) and possess advanced Excel skills.

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills being essential.
