Commercial Finance Director, EMEA Food

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct financial operations within our Client's Food division in the EMEA region.

• Aim to enhance financial performance and maximize profitability.

• Assist in decision-making processes, ensuring that financial strategies align with the broader business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance capacity, with at least 10 years in a finance role within a multinational or regional organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to convert intricate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading diverse teams across different regions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.

• Must be adept at engaging effectively with senior executives.

• Proficient in financial software tools (e.g., One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) and possess advanced Excel skills.

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
