This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop and implement a high-impact prospecting strategy in collaboration with Business Development.
• Identify target customers within your designated region.
• Create strategic sales plans alongside Sales Leadership.
• Drive successful sales initiatives that thoroughly understand customer requirements.
• Oversee pricing and contract negotiations in partnership with Varicent leadership and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in enterprise software sales with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Proven history of selling to C-suite executives within SaaS environments.
• Ability to confidently manage high-volume sales pipelines in rapidly changing scenarios.
• A keen interest in ICM, CRM, and SaaS, with the potential to become a subject-matter expert.
• A strong sense of hustle, resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, customer focus, and extensive sales knowledge.
