This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
• Define and spearhead the strategy for commercial data management, including the governance framework and operational model.
• Take ownership of master data standards and controls concerning customer, product, pricing, and associated commercial datasets.
• Develop policies for data entry, ownership, privacy compliance, and data stewardship.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless data integration across CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms.
• Drive the automation of data flows to minimize manual handling of essential commercial data processes.
• Oversee data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Assist commercial teams in understanding, utilizing, and correctly maintaining master data.
• Foster data accountability and enforce disciplined data governance throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with regional, global, and functional stakeholders to align data standards and priorities.
• Engage with external vendors or system partners to support data platforms and integrations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in data management, master data governance, or commercial data operations is required.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating across business and technology teams within a matrixed environment.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and related commercial platforms is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of data quality, data stewardship, and integration principles.
• Experience in a regulated or global organization is beneficial.
• Knowledge of data governance and master data management practices.
• Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
