Commercial Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and improve analytics frameworks to track customer retention, market share, revenue growth, and initiatives for market expansion.

• Deliver analytics and insights on customer forecasts and their influence on operational performance and business prioritization.

• Provide analytical support for quote-to-order conversion processes.

• Analyze key operational metrics that impact customer satisfaction.

• Utilize AI tools and contemporary analytics workflows to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making support in daily operations.

• Work collaboratively with Data Science, Infrastructure, and Analytics teams using platforms like Tableau and Snowflake to provide timely performance insights.

• Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Collaborate closely with the IT BI team and business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.

• Report directly to the Director of Field Service - Business Systems & Reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant analytical experience working with extensive datasets and providing insights.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics or a related discipline is preferred.

• Experience within the commercial sector is preferred.

• Practical experience integrating AI tools, such as generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics workflows, into everyday analytical tasks.

• Capability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and effective communication.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in mentoring and developing analysts within a team environment.

• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Science, Infrastructure, IT BI, and other Analytics teams.
