This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct closing calls with qualified leads
• Enhance and refine the current sales process
• Lead, develop, and train the sales team
• Achieve monthly targets and assess performance indicators
• Establish departmental processes, routines, and standards
• Monitor both individual and team metrics
• Define and implement effective sales strategies
• Track KPIs and suggest ongoing improvements
• Extensive experience in online sales
• Proven experience in coordinating and developing sales teams
• Strong emphasis on targets, KPIs, and performance management
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho) and sales automation tools
• Knowledge of sales techniques and process management
