This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assume responsibility for the operational aspects of our sales and commercial activities.
• Strive to discover smarter and more efficient working methods.
• Ensure opportunities progress smoothly and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Oversee pricing strategies and documentation management.
• Guarantee that customers receive prompt, professional responses at all times.
• Facilitate more efficient quote generation and enhance other segments of the sales and marketing process.
• Simplify the purchasing experience for customers and alleviate administrative burdens from our leadership team.
• Interact with potential customers within the distilled spirits market throughout the DRAMS sales cycle.
• Maintain precise and current records of sales activities and the pipeline in the CRM system.
• Generate pipeline and forecast reports in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to advance opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and statements of work based on scoping notes.
• Create quotes, pricing alternatives, and commercial packages.
• Draft and manage contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Handle smaller service requests and change-request quotes.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal documents.
• Organize customer meetings effectively.
• Support renewal processes, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Continuously enhance sales/commercial processes and templates.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
• Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—with the capacity to engage professionally with clients.
• Strong commercial numeracy, with comfort in pricing matters.
• Highly organized and disciplined, with outstanding time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Must have the independent right to work in the UK.
• Familiarity with the distilled spirits industry would be a significant advantage.
• Experience with AI tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in bid/proposal management.
• Background in commercial operations, sales operations, professional services, or consulting environments.
• Experience in B2B and/or software/technology sectors.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small yet dynamic sales team.
