This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Address client-submitted service requests promptly and professionally.
β’ Utilize blueprints, drawings, layouts, or specifications to fulfill client requirements.
β’ Recognize additional repair or upgrade necessities during site assessments and offer detailed estimates to office personnel.
β’ Keep thorough records of work conducted, materials utilized, and time allocated to tasks.
β’ Employ company-issued electronic devices to input necessary information into the client management system.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in carpentry or construction, ideally in service/maintenance positions.
β’ Strong capability to independently perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
β’ Exceptional customer service abilities with effective communication skills for on-site client interactions.
β’ Familiarity with work order management software.
β’ Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (mandatory for operating the company service vehicle).
β’ Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances for employment in government sector facilities.
β’ Competence to complete and uphold Working at Heights certification.
β’ Capacity to work autonomously while adhering to high safety and quality standards.
β’ Physical ability to meet the demands of the position, including lifting, climbing, and working in diverse environments.
