This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assume responsibility for managing the sales processes within your assigned sales territory: ensuring and overseeing all sales and after-sales KPIs directly with our Bridgestone partners to achieve the set targets.
• Oversee sales to both existing and potential independent commercial truck service providers.
• Collaborate with Bridgestone partners while managing and expanding a portfolio of local and regional fleets through various products and solutions offered by the Bridgestone group.
• Establish and nurture relationships with vehicle dealerships in the designated area to secure local insights regarding fleets with new vehicles.
• Partner with our Bandag franchise associates to facilitate and support new business opportunities in both dealers and fleets. Identify new business partner opportunities to strengthen our service network.
• Collaborate with the Webfleet Solutions team to enhance the value proposition for both existing and new fleets and partners.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• A focus on achieving goals.
• Excellent negotiation skills at all levels.
• Solid commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in IT office applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work effectively under high-pressure sales performance conditions.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
