This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Assist the Sales Executive in overseeing and tracking the client portfolio;
β’ Maintain lists of potential clients and monitor progress in the sales funnel;
β’ Arrange meetings and coordinate sales schedules;
β’ Create commercial proposals and presentations utilizing company templates;
β’ Ensure the CRM and sales pipeline are well-organized and current;
β’ Aid in the development of commercial reports and analyses using Excel;
β’ Perform follow-ups with leads and existing clients through email and WhatsApp;
β’ Support the sales team during virtual or in-person events as needed.
β’ Prior experience with commercial and administrative tasks (at least 1 year);
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Excel for controls, analyses, and reporting;
β’ Advanced English (mandatory) for effective professional communication;
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
β’ Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp Business);
β’ Experience or knowledge in the travel industry (considered a plus).
