Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally to effectively conduct collections activities.

• Apply negotiation and customer service techniques to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Comply with all applicable regulations including FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles involving regular public interaction.

• Capability to accurately enter and update information within company and/or client systems in a timely manner.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks at once.

• Strong focus on customer service and meeting deliverables.

• Adaptability in scheduling and task assignments.
