Collections Specialist, 6-month Fixed-term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Daily oversight of customer receivables

• Consistent follow-ups (via email and phone) in both French and English

• Administration of customer information across various platforms

• Professional interaction with customers

• Suggesting enhancements to the collections processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or receivables management

• Familiarity with billing platforms (such as Chorus Pro, SAP Ariba, Coupa…)

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Experience in conducting customer follow-ups in both French and English

• Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, billing systems, Excel, AI…)
