This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee a collection of customer accounts to ensure prompt recovery of outstanding balances, with a strong emphasis on minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Engage professionally and effectively with customers to address payment challenges, reconcile accounts, and follow up on disputes or missing documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of communications and payment commitments within internal systems, aiding in audit preparedness and internal reporting.
• Ensure that customers receive and comprehend all pertinent documents (invoices, statements, remittance details) to prevent delays in payments.
• Collaborate closely with the Collections Supervisor and Manager to escalate intricate cases and provide insights into customer trends or challenges.
• Proficiency in English – both spoken and written.
• Ability to work within the US-Central timezone.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, finance, or accounts receivable.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume work environments.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of account reconciliation, payment application, and dispute resolution processes.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is highly advantageous.
• Bonus: Experience in logistics, brokerage, or SaaS billing systems.
