Collections Representative, Bilingual French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Analyze the underlying reasons for aged invoices by utilizing problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Utilize system functionalities and established protocols to address aging invoices.

• Operate within defined procedures while adhering to quality standards.

• Refer complex issues to senior team members and/or management.

• Suggest improvements for processes.

• Cultivate professional relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication and foster rapport through prompt and professional service.

• Investigate account discrepancies and address customer queries.

• Collaborate with customers to resolve invoice conflicts and enhance payment results.

• Continue to advance skills and knowledge related to the collections process.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned in alignment with team and country-specific needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

• At least 2 years of experience in collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or similar finance roles.

• Proficient in both spoken and written French.

• Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong and adaptable communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of critical thinking and making sound decisions independently.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, professional, and deadline-oriented environment.
