Collections Policy Analyst – PCD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the collections policies for Midway's credit offerings, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Payroll-deductible Loans;

• Perform analyses to back actions, proposals, and enhancements to collections policies;

• Assist in crafting strategies aimed at maximizing margin, managing risk, and minimizing collections expenses for Midway's products;

• Execute and assess experiments using statistical techniques (A/B testing);

• Design and refine dashboards and metrics to enhance business visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline;

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL;

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities to clearly present findings with supporting data.
