Collections Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of 2–5 Collections Associates.

• Take ownership of the complete collections process (including inbound and outbound follow-ups, payment tracking, and dispute resolution).

• Enhance performance by setting, tracking, and optimizing team performance metrics.

• Manage communications with customers and vendors regarding payment recovery.

• Address escalations and resolve complex or sensitive cases.

• Develop and refine collections workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate across departments, including Finance, Sales, and Operations.

• Ensure accurate reporting of collections data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Operations/Project Management within fast-paced environments.

• At least 2 years of experience in a team management role (preferably managing 2 to 5 individuals).

• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal), particularly for handling challenging conversations.
