Collections Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of 2 to 5 Collections Associates.

• Take ownership of the complete collections process, including inbound and outbound follow-ups, payment tracking, and dispute resolution.

• Foster enhancements in crucial metrics like Collections efficiency and Agent productivity.

• Develop and refine collections workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate across departments with Finance, Sales, and Operations.

• Guarantee precise reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly collections data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Operations/Project Management within fast-paced settings.

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team, preferably with 2 to 5 members.

• Exceptional communication abilities and fluency in English, both written and verbal, particularly for handling challenging conversations.
