Collections & Billing Specialist – Epicor Prophet 21, P21

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee collections and follow up on overdue customer accounts.

• Generate, review, and process customer invoices.

• Ensure accurate billing and maintain accounts receivable records.

• Investigate and resolve billing issues and customer account discrepancies.

• Utilize Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) for daily billing, accounts receivable, and collections tasks.

• Reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts and payments.

• Compile accounts receivable and collections reports.

• Engage with customers regarding overdue balances and payment statuses.

• Execute additional duties related to the role as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional professional and communication skills.

• Prior hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is mandatory.

• Strong experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable within the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) framework.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer accounts and collection efforts.

• Keen attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.

• Proven reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

• Consistent ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable working within established processes and structured workflows.

• Quick learner of new systems, software, and workflows.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).

• Positive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt rapidly.

• Capable of understanding and accurately following established processes with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adjust based on business needs.
