Logistics Assistant – Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Issuance and verification of CT-e, invoices (notas fiscais), and various transport documents;

• Conduct billing for freight and services rendered to clients;

• Generation of freight contracts while ensuring compliance with the PGR (Risk Management Program);

• Verification and processing of shipping documents, manifests, and receipts/proofs;

• Management of billing control, dispatching receipts/proofs, and organizing documents;

• Creation of invoices and payment slips (boletos) in accordance with established procedures and tax regulations;

• Authorization of cash advances for drivers;

• Oversight and monitoring of receipts and outstanding operational issues;

• Assistance with administrative and financial processes;

• Providing support to customers, drivers, and the operations team as needed;

• Aiding in the resolution of discrepancies and monitoring outstanding billing items;

• Contributing to the organization, enhancement, and efficiency of departmental processes.
