This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

• Acquire knowledge of new business concepts and innovative collection techniques or payment programs in a dynamic environment to foster ongoing business enhancement.
• Treat customers with dignity, demonstrating sensitivity and empathy in challenging circumstances.
• Facilitate discussions to evaluate different courses of action to resolve delinquency issues and get accounts back on track.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, adhere to timelines, and be receptive to developmental feedback while following established procedures, policies, and scheduled plans to achieve optimal results.
• Show personal excellence through punctuality, integrity, and accountability.
• Maintain a strong focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance collection efficiency and meet monthly goals.
• Navigate various call center platforms while remaining engaged with our customers on the phone, ensuring accurate case handling.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong initiative to follow up on unresolved cases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Comply with internal policies by exercising sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, while transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
• High School diploma/GED is mandatory.
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
• A minimum of one year of experience in collections or customer service is required, either by phone or in-person.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including mouse and keyboard usage, application launching, internet searching, and navigating in a Windows-based environment, is strongly preferred.
• Internet access from home is essential.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish, English, and Portuguese when discussing payment options with customers.
