• Making a high volume of outbound calls to engage with customers regarding overdue account balances and resolve issues.

• Navigating negotiations and assessing trade-offs between risk management and growth opportunities when making decisions.

• Addressing customer invoice disputes and other billing-related challenges.

• Managing customer payments and remittances efficiently.

• Establishing trust with providers and healthcare executives by demonstrating strong financial expertise.

• Clearly communicating billing processes and educating stakeholders on invoicing procedures.

• Collecting and conveying feedback to enhance billing systems and processes.

• Collaborating with internal teams to implement billing-related initiatives and trials.
