This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and assurance.
• Facilitate payment arrangements that align with consumer requirements and company objectives.
• Regularly achieve and surpass performance metrics related to quality, compliance, and collections.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all relevant laws and standards.
• Quickly establish trust through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
• Capable of clear communication, both spoken and written, utilizing proper grammar, telephone etiquette, and electronic tools provided.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and databases.
• Adept at multitasking, with the ability to communicate via phone while managing various computer systems simultaneously.
• Skilled at overcoming objections and challenges to successfully negotiate payments.
• Dependable and accountable, arriving punctually and using time efficiently.
• Exhibits and applies professional judgment.
• Understands sensitive personal information (SPI) and sensitive consumer information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), while ensuring confidentiality.
• Capable of utilizing provided tools to perform basic math calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving career success.
• Willing to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire, with costs covered by the company.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) is mandatory.
• Ability to successfully complete the company’s collector training program.
• Must pass initial, ongoing, and annual identity, criminal, and background checks.
