Collection Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Engage in high-quality communication with bank debtors through both inbound and outbound channels;

• Assess customer needs and their capability to make payments;

• Negotiate and establish a repayment plan for the customer's debt, adhering to the relevant policy;

• Ensure all tasks and responsibilities comply fully with regulatory standards while supporting the ongoing implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have permanent residence outside of Attica;

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role within the banking sector or Financial Services will be considered advantageous;

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;

• Strong focus on results, accountability, and motivation to consistently achieve high performance;

• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and meet deadlines;

• Capable of working independently and efficiently in a remote setting;

• Proficient in English;

• A Bachelor’s degree is a plus;

• Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
