Collaborative Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate clinically with nurse practitioners providing pediatric mental health services.

• Support and evaluate clinical decision-making to uphold the highest patient care standards.

• Regularly perform thorough reviews of patient charts in compliance with Virginia state regulations.

• Be accessible for virtual consultations with nurse practitioners when clinical inquiries arise.

• Work together with the clinical and leadership teams to enhance workflows and implement best practices.

• Act as a reliable clinical resource for complex or escalated cases across the patient demographic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist with a valid license in Virginia (MD or DO).

• Current and unrestricted Virginia medical license in good standing.

• A minimum of 5 years of collaborative clinical experience (CRNP collaboration is preferred).

• Comfortable operating in a fully remote, telehealth setting.

• Must possess a personal phone, computer, and a high-speed internet connection.

• Availability for roughly 2-5 hours each month for chart reviews and consultations.

• Capability to respond to urgent clinical consultations promptly.
