This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Provide clinical supervision remotely for our employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Perform quarterly quality assurance evaluations with each Nurse Practitioner.
• Be available via text or email to address inquiries Monday through Friday during business hours, ensuring responses are given within the same business day.
• Review charts and progress notes in accordance with state laws and regulatory requirements.
• Supervision may be requested by the provider for NPs based on clinical needs or the complexity of their practice.
• Complete a brief one-page Google Document following monthly supervision for each collaborating NP.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and program policies.
• Fulfill annual training requirements as mandated by the HR department.
• MD/DO specializing in Psychiatry.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licenses in Tennessee, with a preference for candidates residing in TN.
• Willingness to travel to Thriveworks locations in Tennessee twice a year for in-person collaboration meetings.
• A minimum of 3 years of practice experience (or at least 1 year if board-certified or hospital-based).
• At least 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-level practitioners.
• Must be prepared to supervise a minimum of 4 Nurse Practitioners.
• No history of malpractice payouts, licensure disciplinary actions, or criminal/professional investigations in the past 5 years.
• Candidates must have a compact license or be willing to obtain one, or be licensed in multiple states.
