This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Oversee our advanced practice clinician.
• Perform chart audits and facilitate meetings with APCs.
• Provide continuous and timely constructive feedback on the Journey Clinical care management system to enhance our services.
• Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and work closely with the leadership team.
• Licensed psychiatrist - seeking licenses in CA, MA, MD, NY, OH, TN, TX, VA, FL, GA.
• DEA registration in any of the aforementioned states.
• Preferred: experience as a collaborating physician.
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric-related experience.
• Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when clinically appropriate.
• Capable of prescribing for anxiety and depression.
• Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric information about patients to develop effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations.
• Patient-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care.
• Open to utilizing various simple tools to enhance your workflow (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, etc.).
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced Telehealth startup environment.
• Genuine interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy as a means to transform mental health.
