Cold Calling Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Outbound Calling: Make cold calls to business owners utilizing the provided scripts.

• Engage decision-makers, particularly business owners and authorized representatives.

• Lead Qualification: Identify business owners who show interest in business valuation and potential sales opportunities.

• CRM Management: Accurately update lead records in the CRM system.

• Reporting & KPI Tracking: Provide end-of-day activity reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the business owner and the internal team.

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development.

• Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a neutral and professional phone demeanor.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Ability to adhere to scripts while fostering a natural conversation.

• Strong skills in listening, handling objections, and building rapport.

• Organized and detail-oriented with proficient record-keeping capabilities.

• Self-driven and able to work independently.
