• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Capability to think on your feet and respond confidently during live conversations.

• Comfort in handling objections while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Excellent English speaking skills with a native or near-native accent.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or similar sectors.

• Experience in conducting B2C (Business-to-Consumer) outreach campaigns.

• Familiarity with appointment-setting KPIs and outbound sales metrics.
