This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Spearhead and assist in the technical design of conversational AI and contact center automation solutions (e.g., Cognigy.AI, Kore.ai, telephony integrations, or comparable platforms).
• Serve as the technical intermediary among developers, architects, and business teams — ensuring cohesive alignment across design, delivery, and performance objectives.
• Oversee and enhance the product backlog, converting intricate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Assess emerging AI and RAG technologies to enhance conversational experiences and boost agent productivity.
• Promote knowledge sharing and implement best practices within the team.
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
• Effectively prioritize requests while ensuring clear visibility of deliverables and timelines.
• Strong technical foundation in Conversational AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or Contact Center AI.
• Practical experience with Cognigy.AI.
• Comprehensive understanding of software delivery, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities — capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSPO) and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline are preferred.
