• Manage intricate coding challenges and address escalated issues

• Perform comprehensive audits of medical records to guarantee precise code allocation

• Act as a connector among coders, auditors, providers, and compliance teams

• Provide education and mentorship to the coding personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in medical coding

• Certification from AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory

• In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems at an expert level

• Strong comprehension of CMS regulations and specific guidelines from payers

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and coding software systems
