📋 Description

• Design and execute customer journeys utilizing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

• Create and configure Journey Maps for tailored customer engagement

• Develop and personalize email/content using AJO HTML templates

• Work collaboratively with marketing and business teams to convert requirements into journey workflows

• Conduct quality assurance and testing of journeys, campaigns, and personalization logic

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to journey execution and delivery

• Enhance journeys for better performance, conversion rates, and overall customer experience

• Ensure data integrity and smooth integration among Adobe Experience Platform components

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of comprehensive experience in digital marketing and customer journey implementation

• Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

• Experience working as a Journey Developer, Journey Architect, or AJO Coder

• In-depth understanding of Journey Maps and workflow orchestration

• Proficiency in HTML for developing AJO email/content

• Significant experience in quality assurance, testing, and validation of campaigns and journeys

• Familiarity with personalization, segmentation, and customer data flows

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
