COBRA Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge in areas related to COBRA and Direct Bill.

• Act as an internal resource, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Serve as an informed point of contact for internal departments.

• Collaborate with other teams and employers via service requests to clarify account discrepancies.

• Create, update, and manage member plans and balances.

• Process incoming files with precision and report errors accurately.

• Facilitate peer training upon request.

• Participate in regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with your direct supervisor.

• Collaborate with your team and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
