This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
β’ Provides support and services to participants of COBRA & Direct Billing.
β’ Administers COBRA in compliance with federal regulations.
β’ Responds to incoming calls and emails to assist clients, brokers, and participants.
β’ Aids clients, brokers, and participants in utilizing the COBRA & Direct Billing Portal.
β’ Maintains organized records of calls that require follow-up.
β’ Stays knowledgeable about reporting features and helps clients generate and interpret reports.
β’ Handles sensitive participant issues with discretion.
β’ Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
β’ Upholds privacy by adhering to all security protocols and HIPAA regulations.
β’ 6-12 months of direct experience in COBRA Administration.
β’ Prior experience with Direct Billing is preferred.
β’ Strong preference for experience with the WealthCare COBRA Platform.
β’ Familiarity with RingCentral is preferred.
β’ Proficient in PC skills, including the Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
β’ Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are preferred.
