This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of ongoing projects

• Engage in various project activities, including Functional and Technical Analysis for the Retail Banking sector

• Comprehend detailed functional specifications

• Participate in the conversion of these specifications into technical documentation

• Estimate the workload necessary for development and unit testing

• Familiarize oneself with the operational rules of the development environment

• Code, configure, and document the outputs produced

• Adhere to established standards and procedures, including architecture, security, quality, and documentation

• Ensure conformity with technical specifications

• Perform performance testing (BDDs)

• Contribute to third-level support, including monitoring incident resolution and troubleshooting

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developments (JIRA, Wikis, project documentation)

• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving application quality

• Proficiency in mainframe technology is essential

• Experience with JCL

• Fluency in French is required

• Familiarity with technologies such as Cobol, DB2, CTRL-M, EGEN/Endevor, and TSO

• Additional skills in QSL and IBM Infosphere OPTIM are a plus
