COBOL Analyst/Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain COBOL Batch and Online applications.

• Assess and address incidents while implementing improvements in legacy systems.

• Collaborate with COBOL integrated with DB2 and DMSII databases.

• Develop and modify JCL routines for job execution.

• Utilize the SADs framework for application development and upkeep.

• Assist the functional team in evaluating requirements and business rules.

• Guarantee the quality and reliability of deliverables within set timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in COBOL Batch and Online programming.

• Background in COBOL integrated with DB2 and DMSII.

• Expertise in JCL (Job Control Language).

• Familiarity with the SADs framework.

• Understanding of the z/OS environment.

• Proficient in log analysis and debugging techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
