Co-Founder, Managing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assume complete entrepreneurial responsibility for DELA, encompassing operational, strategic, and commercial leadership.

• You will identify and expand 1–2 new course verticals each year.

• You will oversee performance marketing efforts: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and SEO.

• You will construct and refine a sales funnel.

• You will lead inbound sales educational advisors and enhance their efficiency.

• You will have full P&L responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification, accompanied by proven leadership experience, preferably in business administration.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a competitive setting: startup (preferred), in a role as managing director or senior leader within an educational provider, consulting firm, or similar organization.

• Proven track record of P&L responsibility.

• Experience in establishing a structured sales organization.

• Strong digital competencies.

• Residency in Germany (AZAV is a mandatory requirement).
