Co-Founder / CXO Roll-up

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assuming co-founder level accountability for managing an innovative, VC-backed technology firm.

• Overseeing the M&A/transaction execution and/or the operations/value creation work stream of the organization (we will partner you with a complementary co-founder if you are unable to cover both areas).

• Operating the business as a general manager with responsibility for profitability, revenue, cash flow, and quality objectives.

• Building, leading, and inspiring your own dynamic and results-driven team.

• Proactively identifying opportunities and potential areas for improvement in an entrepreneurial fashion.

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, both internal and external.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a strong ambition to establish a company but seek support in identifying the right idea, securing funding, and making sound decisions during critical phases of the business.

• You have acquired professional experience in a prestigious consulting firm, investment banking, or private equity, and/or have served as a senior manager in a successful, venture-funded technology startup.

• You hold extensive expertise in an industry conducive to roll-ups and ideally have an initial pipeline of acquisition deals.

• Ideally, you possess experience in the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions within a private equity environment.

• You have an exceptional degree/MBA from a leading university.

• You have a demonstrated history of personal, academic, and professional accomplishments.

• You can work effectively in an independent, organized, and goal-oriented manner.

• You are comfortable working with analytics and numbers, capable of making decisions based on both intuition and data.

• You are team-oriented and driven.

• You are fluent in English.
