Co-Founder, COO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your own startup in areas such as HealthTech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by successful unicorn founders, following a tailored program that enhances your skills in goal-setting, time management, and energy optimization.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with expert advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.

• You will benefit from intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will work with us to continuously refine your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in establishing a sales team or developing a marketing strategy as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are willing to relocate.

• You are prepared to assume full responsibility for your startup and aim to scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess outstanding communication skills in English.
