Co-Founder / COO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your own startup in areas such as Agentic AI.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal growth journey designed by successful unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that enhances your goal, time, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced serial entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo rigorous coaching to prepare your startup for securing millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit, and receive support in establishing a sales team or developing a marketing strategy as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocation.

• You are prepared to take complete ownership of your startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess exceptional communication skills in the English language.
