Co-Founder, COO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• You will take ownership of, develop, and manage your startup in areas such as Fintech.

• You will engage in a comprehensive personal development journey designed by successful unicorn founders and participate in a fully tailored program aimed at enhancing your goal, time, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from seasoned entrepreneurs.

• You will benefit from intensive coaching to prepare your startup for securing millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in establishing a sales force or creating a marketing engine as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be located in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation.

• You should be ready to take full ownership of your startup and aim to scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in the English language.
