This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Strategy — Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing structure, and product positioning.
• Customer Development — Oversee pilot programs with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, transition them into paid contracts, and establish the go-to-market strategy.
• Product — Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.
• Capital — Spearhead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and market traction.
• Team — Recruit and guide the founding team while laying down the cultural foundation of the organization.
• Domain & Workflow Depth: You possess hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or denial management. You recognize the subtle distinctions in denial codes, understand the unique challenges posed by administrative denials (such as credentialing issues), and have an intuitive grasp of the fragmented systems (e.g., Tebra, eClinicalWorks, Availity) that billing professionals must navigate.
• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed enterprise.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in fundraising, including the ability to create compelling investor narratives and secure capital.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.
• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities involved in co-founding a venture-backed company.
