This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.
• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.
• Manage pilot programs with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transitioning them into paid contracts, and establish the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to deliver Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.
• Lead the seed funding initiative, supported by FutureSight's network and track record.
• Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the company's cultural framework.
• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed organization.
• Proven success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.
• Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to create investor narratives and secure capital.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
• Clear understanding of the challenges and risks associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.
• RCM Domain & Workflow Expertise: Extensive operational experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management. You must have an intuitive grasp of the operational distinctions between clinical/coding denials and administrative barriers. Familiarity with the fragmented realities of smaller EHR/PM systems and the "band-aid" tech solutions that billers utilize to navigate challenges is essential.
