Co-Founder & CEO – HealthTech, AI Clinical Documentation Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.

• Lead pilot programs in collaboration with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transitioning them into paid engagements while developing the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and continuously improve based on user feedback.

• Spearhead the initial fundraising efforts, leveraging FutureSight's network and established traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team, establishing the company's cultural framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, capable of crafting investor narratives and securing capital.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domains and workflows: Extensive operational experience in healthcare revenue cycles, medical billing, or denial management. You should have an innate understanding of the operational distinctions between clinical/coding denials and administrative hurdles. Familiarity with the fragmented realities of smaller EHR/PM systems and the makeshift technology stacks that billers employ to navigate challenges is essential.
