This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.
• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing structure, and product positioning.
• Coordinate pilot programs with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transition them into paid contracts, and develop the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.
• Lead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's network and established traction.
• Recruit and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork of the organization.
• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed firm.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.
• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent.
• A realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.
• Depth in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Domain & Workflow: Extensive operational experience in healthcare revenue cycles, medical billing, or denial management. You should have an intuitive grasp of the operational distinctions between clinical/coding denials and administrative challenges. Familiarity with the fragmented nature of smaller EHR/PM systems and the "band-aid" tech solutions that billers employ to manage their operations is essential.
