This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.
• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning.
• Lead pilot initiatives alongside compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transitioning them into paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch Version 1 and iteratively improve based on user feedback.
• Drive the seed funding process, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.
• Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the cultural groundwork of the organization.
• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed enterprise.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in fundraising, with a talent for crafting investor narratives and securing capital.
• Established capability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.
• A realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of co-founding a venture-backed company.
• RCM Domain & Workflow Expertise: Extensive operational knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles, medical billing, or denial management. You should have an intuitive grasp of the operational distinctions between clinical/coding denials and administrative obstacles. Familiarity with the fragmented nature of smaller EHR/PM systems and the "band-aid" technological solutions billers utilize to navigate challenges is essential.
