Co-Founder, CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction of the venture and oversee its execution.

• Collaborate with our team on initial testing, validation, and enhancement of the business concept, which includes prototyping to confirm and promote potential solutions, while being prepared to discard ideas that do not prove viable before committing to the successful one.

• Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for the validated opportunity.

• Direct pilot programs, transition them into paid engagements, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Work alongside the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.

• Lead pre-seed and seed fundraising efforts, with support from FutureSight's network and traction.

• Recruit and manage the founding team, establishing the cultural foundation for the company.

• Previous experience as a founder at a venture-backed company.

• Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the ability to create compelling investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated capability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

• A realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• A generalist background with strong skills in a crucial startup discipline (sales, tech, product, design, marketing).

• Relevant domain knowledge or industry edge, combined with a genuine passion for addressing challenges in that field.
