This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Validation — Collaborate with our team on initial testing, validation, and enhancement of the business concept, which includes prototyping to confirm and promote potential solutions, while being ready to abandon ideas that do not stand up before committing to the most promising one.

• Strategy — Outline the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for the validated opportunity.

• Customer Development — Oversee pilot programs, transition them into paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Product — Work alongside the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and iterate based on user insights.

• Capital — Spearhead the pre-seed and seed fundraising efforts, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Team — Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the cultural foundation of the organization.

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer interaction.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Established ability to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.

• Realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed enterprise.

• Generalist background equipped with strong skills in a crucial startup area (sales, technology, product, design, marketing).

• Relevant domain knowledge or competitive advantage, accompanied by a genuine passion for addressing challenges in that field.
